We hope you love your Silea Silk products—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging
- For hygiene reasons, pillowcases cannot be returned if used or opened
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for any items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Please contact us immediately at support@sileasilk.com or call 844-422-3227 with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist you.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please fill out our Start a Return Form.
We can either:
- Provide you with a return shipping label (cost deducted from your refund), or
- You may use your own label—just ensure the tracking number is clearly shared with us via email.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
