We use 100% 6A grade mulberry silk, which is the finest and most durable silk available, known for its smoothness and natural hypoallergenic properties.
What does 6A grade and 22 momme mean in silk?
6A grade is the highest quality rating for mulberry silk, meaning it comes from the finest, longest silk fibers—resulting in a smoother, stronger, and more luxurious fabric.
22 momme (22mm) refers to the weight of the silk fabric. The higher the momme number, the thicker and more durable the silk is. At 22 momme, our silk pillowcases strike the perfect balance between lightweight softness and long-lasting strength, offering you premium quality that feels silky smooth and holds up well over time.
What makes Silea silk pillowcases better?

Is your silk free from harmful dyes and chemicals?
Yes! Our silk products are dyed with safe, non-toxic dyes and meet the highest safety standards to protect you and the environment.
Are Silea silk products safe for my skin?
Absolutely. Our silk is naturally hypoallergenic and breathable, reducing irritation and helping your skin retain moisture overnight.

Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my Silea silk pillowcase?
We recommend hand washing your pillowcase in cold water with a gentle, pH-neutral detergent. If using a machine, place the pillowcase in a mesh laundry bag and wash on a delicate cycle with cold water. Always air dry flat or hang to dry out of direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry.
How often should I wash my silk pillowcase?
Just like any bedding, we suggest washing your pillowcase every 7–10 days—or more frequently if you have sensitive or acne-prone skin.
Should I wash my pillowcase before its first use?
It’s recommended, but not mandatory. Washing before first use helps soften the silk even more and remove any natural finishing—but it’s entirely up to you and your personal preference.
Can I use regular detergent on my silk pillowcase?
No—regular detergents can be too harsh for silk. Use a gentle detergent specifically formulated for silk or delicates. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners as they can damage the silk fibers.
Can I iron my silk pillowcase?
Yes, if needed, iron on the lowest heat setting while the fabric is slightly damp. Always iron on the reverse side to avoid shine or marks.
Can I dry clean my silk pillowcase?
Yes, dry cleaning is safe for silk, but not necessary if you’re washing gently at home.

Can I place an order now?
Yes! We are currently accepting pre-orders for our silk pillowcases. Placing your order now guarantees you’ll be among the first to receive our limited first batch.
When will my pre-order ship?
All pre-orders are estimated to ship by June 30, 2025. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Will I be charged at the time of pre-order?
Yes, payment is collected at the time you place your pre-order to reserve your item.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Can I use multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code can be applied per order to ensure fair use for all customers.
What if I order something and it goes on sale the next day?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer price adjustments for purchases made before a sale begins. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, International shipping is available to most countries. Customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.! Please allow 1–2 weeks for international delivery.
When will my order ship?
As this is a pre-order, all orders are estimated to ship by June 30, 2025. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number included.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free in the U.S. for orders of $120 or more (before tax and after discounts). For all other orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
What if my package is delayed?
Occasional delays may occur due to production schedules, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive for timely delivery, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

Shipping & Delivery
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?

Who covers the return shipping cost?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If using your own label, you must include a tracking number. If you’d prefer us to provide a return label, just let us know via the return form or contact us directly.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We offer free exchanges on items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective product.
